We professionally stage your home and all items for sale to mimic a boutique shopping environment. All of your belongings will be arranged in a fashion that will promote their value.

Tagging & Pricing Your Items

During the professional staging phase, we will also begin pricing and tagging items to be sold in the sale. Pricing for your belongings and collectibles are determined through extensive research; we price the items at a fair market price and get you the highest monetary value possible for each item.

Advertising & Promotion of Your Estate Sale

Livengood Estate Sales will advertise your estate sale across many channels including websites such as estatesales.net, various social media platforms, and signage placed in your area and at the site of the estate sale. If you are using a realtor company to sell the home and property, we also encourage you to invite your realtor to share details and promotional materials showcasing your estate sale.

Post Estate Sale Clean-Up & Clean-Out

After your estate sale is complete, we will remove any supplies or equipment we used during the sale. We also provide post sale clean-up services for items that are not sold; we will make arrangements to properly remove those items from the property. *Price varies on items leftover.

When Will I Receive My Pay Out from My Estate Sale?

You will receive your payout check within three to five business days after the closing of the estate sale.
